Pitta Dosha holds the elements of Fire and Water which, when out of balance, can cause excessive heat, sharpness, intensity, and force in the body/mind field. In this class we will cultivate a practice to encourage opposite energies to promote balance by working with the qualities of Cool, Soft, Grace, and Flow. Practice with a wide range of asanas including some ending restorative poses. Props Needed: A Bolster, a block, a blanket and wall space.
